Arise IBO Information - Fees, SOW, and More
Updated 02/19/2026
Arise IBOs are an important asset to CSPs as most provide helpful support services for their team. Most good IBOs do a lot of work to support their CSPs through the entire Arise process. We have done some independent research to find out more information about Arise IBOs and how things work.
IBO Fees
In order to provide you a support structure as well as to have the proper bank account required by Arise and features to pay you, all IBOs need to collect some kind of fee or income from CSPs on the team. Arise also charges $19.75 for each CSP every pay period. IBOs will either have the Arise fee built into their pay structure or have it deducted as a separate fee each pay period.
Flat Fee: The most common fee structure. This is where an IBO will openly tell you how much they will deduct from the total income each pay period. You can see which IBOs include the Arise fee in our Compare Chart.
Percentage: Some IBOs charge a certain percentage (e.g., 7%) of the total income earned each pay period. They may cover the $19.75 Arise fee within that percentage or deduct it separately.
Hourly Pay Deduction: Some IBOs deduct a certain amount per hour serviced (e.g., $1.00/hour). If a client pays $10/hour, you earn $9, and $1 goes to the IBO for support costs.
Arise Client Pays IBO: In this newer structure, the Arise client pays the IBO fee directly. While Arise still charges the $19.75 fee, the CSP does not have to pay any extra IBO service fees.
Location
About 99% of all IBOs allow CSPs from any location (within the United States) to join their team. You are not required to reside in the same state as the IBO office unless specifically stated. It is better to select an IBO based on fee structure and support rather than just physical location.
SOW – What is a SOW?
An SOW, or Statement of Work, is a contract provided to an IBO after you successfully pass training. It outlines your revenue, metric expectations, and more. Some IBOs provide copies of the SOW to their CSPs, while others do not. Check our Compare Chart to see which IBOs provide this.
IBO Specific Portal
Many Arise IBOs offer exclusive portals where CSPs can find client announcements, pay rates, SOW copies, and helpful tips. CSPs generally prefer having a portal for the convenience of checking information at any time.
