When we are servicing the client and a call goes beyond the interval that we have schedule, basically overtime, we will be paid the minutes and time we service beyond the scheduled interval? About every time I service I get the long calls right before the interval ends.

It will be when the actual calls is received. For an example, let's say you have scheduled 2:00 to 3:00 and you answer the call at 3:01 the you will not receive pay for that call or time spent in the call since you did not disconnect from the phone systems before the end of the interval. However, let's say a call is taken prior to 3:00, like 2:59, then you will receive pay for the entire duration of the call.

When I have calls run past the interval and an there is an interval available after this interval,  I select it. This way if I do not have enough intervals already selected, I will be able to get there.  Typically I go into Aux about 2-3 minutes before the end of shift. However this still at times does not gurantee that a call will go after the interval ends.
