I am having technical issues with the Arise ASD. It advises no system like the USB it blank what can I do with this Arise ASD issue?

The ASD does have different required ASD software versions for some clients. You should the version of ASD you are using is for the client that you service. At the Arise Portal, select AVA and type ASD install and it will provide you all the clients that use ASD and the correct version you need. Then you can install the right version and it should work. If not, I would have Arise Tech Support correct the issue.
