Does the Arise HD client get at least 20 hours a week? Is it possible to work additional hours? Is there times it gets slow and then the hours are reduced? I am new and interested in this client.

It is not slow! You can work up to 99 hours per week! I get 25 on the first release and up to 60 usually on the next release for the same week
